INSTRUCTIONS
A.) To Register Company & Plants on CIS Portal:
1. Please check whether your company name is coming in drop down list or not on login screen.
2. If company name is not in drop down list then please fill up your company and plant details in following proforma:
           Download form to fill Company and Plant Details
3. Send company and plant details at email id cement-dipp[at]nic[dot]in
B.) To Add More Plants under your company login on CIS Portal:
1. Please ensure that your company name is coming in drop down list on login screen.
2. Please fill up individual form for each of your Plant:
           Download form to fill Plant Details
3. Send plant details at email id cement-dipp[at]nic[dot]in
C.) Reset Password / Unlock Account:
1. Please ensure that your company name is coming in drop down list on login screen.
2. Send an email at id: amit[dot]dalal[at]nic[dot]in and cement-dipp[at]nic[dot]in
